Shipping
Magickal Moon Shoppe is not currently shipping outside United Kingdom.
Products have been thoughtfully handcrafted, curated and packed in our home apothecary. As a small independent business, we handle every aspect of production and shipping, which means orders could take between 1-7 days for despatch, and a little longer during busy periods. Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated.
Delivery includes tracking and once your order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be provided to include tracking details. The service provider may take approx 24 hours for this information to be available in their network.
A single delivery fee is charged for all orders below £35. All order values of £35 and above can enjoy free shipping.
We understand delivery delays can be frustrating. If your parcel has not been received within 15 days of delivery and tracking confirmation, please contact us via the contact form. The issue will be investigated and updates provided at the soonest opportunity. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for items to be returned, these must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via the contact form. Please note, the return address will be provided by email, once a return has been agreed. Return shipping shall be processed at your own cost and must be sent to include a receipt signature. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Herbal products and jewellery cannot be returned, along with other perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via the contact form.
